The Call for Entries for the 2nd Annual International Film Festival
Manhattan 2012 is Extended.
One of the newest but one of the most exciting Film Festival in the
New York City area has its Call for Entries extended.
The 2nd Annual International Film Festival Manhattan (IFFM) which
proudly holds it’s film festival screenings at the historic Quad
Cinema (13 St NYC) will be happening on November 9 – 15, 2012.
Submissions are handled by withoutabox.com.

The Late Deadline is on August 25, 2012. The
last chance to submit is on the Extended Deadline on September 25,
2012.
Luis Pedron the IFFM Festival Director/Programmer says, “Our
programming encompasses all different genres of diverse program from
various countries around the world. In addition we are always on the
look out for socially relevant films. We will have screenings,
seminars, parties, red carpet events and a rocking awards night.”
The categories which will be the basis for the major awards are:
Global Narrative Feature Film
US Narrative Feature Film
Global Documentary Feature Film
US Documentary Feature Film
Short Films
Music Video
Continuing our tradition from last year’s event, IFFM will also be
giving out special awards.
A partial Official Selection list will be announced on August 31, 2012.
The complete Official Selection list will be publicized on October 2, 2012
Gerry Balasta, Co-Founder of IFFM, mentions that,

the audiences. We also want to reflect on our festival, the unique

create a vibrant film festival for filmmakers to showcase their works
in New York. We support filmmakers to help them in marketing – to
