Anyone who are in to modeling, acting or thinking about getting into this field, there are many of scammers out there will get attempted to get the armatures, and make quick easy money off you, sounds disgusting right?
It is a disgusting, its ant nobody should be even thinking or coming up plans to trick the models, actors, actress in the first place, why be so evil what does scammer good? Except they make the quick money they wanted and NEVER get the armatures the gigs or promised they wanted, it means to trick the armatures to think they are working for a really big company and act like the representatives or even act likes the company president of the company they represent them to get the armatures to believed them just so they can get the quick and easy money they wanted.
Some of the tips armatures SHOULD DO before they sent any information to the scammers.
* Never give out your person information.
* Always research the company they claimed they are working for in the email or message
* Always contact customer services of the company itself to see if the person that sends you the email exists
* Get on Social Networking pages such as Twitter, Facebook to write them a quick message, just so they are aware of it and they will help you look into the matter
* Call the company they, represents to talk to an upper management to see if the person existed
* Or ask for a friend whom you trust to see the email , they will also let you know immediately it’s a scam or not.
* 100% it turns out to be a scam.
After all that is have been accomplished the next step is to just either write the person back to ask for up front information such as where are your offices located, address and place, phone numbers ect, with a follow up detail of letting them know you already done the research of the company they supposedly they work for and but not telling them you already spoke with couple realizable sources from the company management on either they will email you back or just ignore your email know they can’t be messing with you
That why they will know you are not armatures to the industries so they can’t take any advantages on you. Even if you are just act likes you are not
Just be wised and be smart and do research, and because this is happening to me I want to spread the words and show you an example how this can be prevented if action is taken the right way, instead falling for it and getting myself in trouble later puts out the amount of money I can’t get back.
* This services as an example email I’ve received from the Scammer act like they worked for the Company which they don’t even work there.
* As an example I’ve also provided the screen caps of the message the scammer message content as well the message, I’ve have sent to the Company they suppose claim they work for as well as using Social Media ( Twitter) as my point of contact to sent the company Lucozade an tweet as they letting them aware of the situation I was in and the steps I ‘ve taken for this action.
